Both male and female candidates aged 18 to 23 can apply for roles in assembly, production, and maintenance.
Job Details and Shifts
You will work 8 hours a day for 26 days a month on a rotational shift basis. The shifts are:
A shift: 07:15 AM to 03:45 PM
B shift: 03:45 PM to 12:15 AM
C shift: 12:15 AM to 07:15 AM
This schedule ensures continuous production and gives you the chance to adapt to different working hours, which is common in technical jobs.
Salary Structure and Bonuses
Royal Enfield offers competitive pay with additional bonuses to reward attendance and retention.
For Graduates and Diploma Holders
Net take-home salary: Rs 20,250
Attendance bonus: Rs 1,500 (if present all 26 days)
Retention bonus after 12 months: Rs 12,000
Salary potential after 12 months: Rs 33,750 (20,250 + 1,500 + 12,000)
For ITI Holders
Net take-home salary: Rs 18,500
Attendance bonus: Rs 1,500 (if present all 26 days)
Retention bonus after 12 months: Rs 12,000
Salary potential after 12 months: Rs 32,000 (18,500 + 1,500 + 12,000)
