This wide coverage means you can find a picker packer job close to your home or preferred area.
The roles available are Picker, Packer, and Quality Control. Your daily duty will last 9 hours, working 26 days a month on a rotational shift basis. This schedule offers a good balance between work and rest.
Qualification and Age Requirements
To apply, you need to have completed at least 8th grade, with options open for 10th, 12th, or higher education. The age limit is between 18 and 30 years. The company hires male candidates only for these positions.
Salary Structure and Benefits
The salary package is clear and rewarding:
Basic salary: Rs. 12,000 per month
Attendance bonus: Rs. 1,000 if you attend all 26 days
Performance bonus: Rs. 4,000 based on your work quality
Overtime pay: Rs. 90 per hour
This means your total monthly earnings can range from Rs. 17,000 to Rs. 24,000 depending on attendance, performance, and overtime hours.
Additional costs are minimal:
Room rent: Rs. 1,000 per month
Food: Available at subsidized rates
