The IFB Industries plant is located in the Verna Industrial Estate, Goa, and is a major manufacturing base for the company's Home Appliances Division. This facility produces a range of domestic and industrial products, including washing machines (both front and top load), dishwashers, clothes dryers, and air conditioners (ACs). IFB has significantly invested in this plant to expand its capacity, notably commencing commercial production of split ACs there in March 2020 to reduce reliance on imports.

SALARY STRUCTURE -

₹13832 + 1000 ( attendance allowance ) + 1500 ( shifting allowance )

TOTAL GROSS PAYMENT - Rs.16332/-

TOTAL IN HAND PAYMENT - Rs.14460

OT - Rs.133.5 per hour

Salary Potential: Rs.20000/-

DUTY HOUR'S - 8HR

DUTY DAYS - 26 DAYS
