Job Details and Work Environment

Adani Solar operates an 8-hour shift system for 26 days a month, with rotational shifts to balance work hours. The plant is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable workspace even in the hot climate of Gujarat. You will work with hi-tech machines and equipment, gaining valuable industrial experience.

CTC: ₹16,130 per month

For ITI Holders

CTC: ₹17,030 per month

For Diploma and Graduates
